FAQ Regarding Our Mobile Dog Grooming Services
As proud dog owners ourselves, we understand that you only want the best care for your dog. We feel the same way! Below we have listed some of the most common questions we get when people call us about our grooming services. Do you come to me?
Yes! We come to you! Everything will be done inside our fully equiped, luxurious grooming van, right in your driveway or in front of your condo or appartment complex. You just give us the dog(s) and you can go back to doing what you were doing.

How long does it take for you to groom my dog?
The whole grooming process takes approximately 1 hour. This can be a little longer depending on the size of your dog (for ex. large dogs that require shaving or hair cut) your dog's behavior and physical status (like for ex. when he/she has trouble standing up) as well as length and condition of your dog's coat.

Do you need water or power from my house?
Our grooming trucks are completely self sufficient. We have our own water tanks and power supply. The power is being supplied by a super quiet generator that complies with all state requirements.

Can I stay with my dog while you're grooming?
We usually don't allow the owner with us in the truck, simply because in many cases the dog starts acting up with mommy or daddy around or starts to get fidgety. Since this is not in favor of the grooming process, we recommend you waiting outside or in the comfort of your home. If due to agression, medical reasons, or any other reasons that would require you to be present, then of course we can accomodate you.

How much experience do you have professionally grooming dogs?
Experience counts! Our head groomers Beatriz and Marilou have both been grooming professionally since 1999! That is a long time! We originally started out as Miami Mobile Dog Grooming and then changed our name to Doggie's Groom Mobile in Febr of 2010. That name still stands and we're proud of it!
